A Builder's Quilt

I made this quilt a few weeks ago as it seemed the perfect gift for our sweet contractors who are building our dream home. I was able to incorporate their logo in the label. I found several free 'house' quilt patterns online, picked one, and adapted it a bit. I used an oak leaf pantograph for the quilting. And it's always nice when you can pull from your stash for the fabrics. I really like the gray tweed looking fabric, and had not found a project for it until this quilt. It seemed perfect for the roofs. The hubby insisted I use flannel for the backing so it would be soft and cuddly. He loves his flannel quilts.
